For a period of 30 days from receiving your Tatouage if any of the designs or individual transfers are defective or damaged, or, if you experience difficulty in applying the transfers to a surface please return all the used components and unused transfers immediately. Whilst we endeavour to ensure the highest quality, we will be more than happy to exchange defective, damaged or unused transfers or offer a prompt refund. Due to the nature of the product we cannot offer this return policy once a transfer has been successfully applied to a surface.
