Vendor Setup: Friday 5pm-8pm ---Saturday 7am-9am----Sunday 8am-9am
Due to increased advertising cost we will NOT be hosting a vendor dinner Friday night.
Armands Cafe will be open for lunch this year. Therefore, no outside food or drink are allowed.
Each table will be 6' - 3 or less tables will be $55.00 each - 4 or more tables will be $50.00 each if paid by Oct 10, 2010.
After Oct 10, 2010 all tables will be $60.00 each regardless of the number rented. Tables will not be reserved without payment.
No checks accepted after Oct 25, 2010 - paypal to tntpets@aol.com - No refunds after Oct 25, 2010. A service charge of $25.00 will be applied to all returned checks.
Vendors who do not show up by 10:00 am on Saturday* or 10:00 am on Sunday* will lose all paid table space unless prior arrangements have been made. All rights with regard to said space will revert to host. The hall is not very large so please try to be completely set up before the fair starts at 9 am on Saturday. It is not fair to the other vendors or the public to have to work around a vendor who is setting up late.
All tables must be covered - please keep your area clean - all birds must have a cage with food and water at all times.
PLEASE DO NOT USE THE BATHROOM SINKS TO DUMP SEED - GARBAGE CANS WILL BE PROVIDED - PLEASE USE THEM
Tom or Tracey Loup reserve the right to have birds removed that do not appear to be healthy.
If a vendor does not keep cages and area clean they can be asked to leave.
Sale of exotic birds only - Button Quail allowed - if your bird is considered fowl or pheasant call for permission before you bring it - no Peacocks, Chickens or Pigeons; call if you are in doubt.
Sale of birds and bird related items only. No other animals allowed for sale.
Please bring a table cloth to cover your table(s) - Electricity will be provided but you must bring an extension cord and tape it to the floor - Please let us know if you will need electricity so we can make a drop for you - The easiest access to the hall is from the left hand side of the hotel thru the double doors - Access is available from the front but loading and unloading from the left side will be the easiest choice.
If you would like to participate in the Tote Bags please have all items to us by Oct 15 - If you would like to participate in the coupons please send us all the information by Oct 15.

All transactions, sales and contracts are strictly between buyer and seller. Serenity Essentials, L.L.C. assumes no responsibility for miscommunication or other problems arising from any transactions. Serenity Essentials, L.L.C. is not responsible for accidents, injuries, deaths, theft, or losses of any kind of nature whatsoever.
The hotel lobby will be locked after hours per Quality Inn procedure.
All vendors are responsible for securing their rented space and making sure it is safe for the public. All animal interaction shall be supervised by the vendor. All displays, cages and power cords shall be secure. Vendors release the host of the event from any and all responsibility of incidents that could result in injury to the public or another vendor due to lack of the above.
It is the sole responsibility of the vendor to collect, report and pay all applicable taxes to the appropriate taxing authority.
Vendors will receive wrist bands for entry allowing you and one other person access to your table. Additional parties are allowed only with approval of host in advance. All other parties are required to pay admission fee.
Vendors renting tables may not resell or share tables.
No peddling or soliciting will be allowed without table rental.
Tables can not be moved. No alcohlic beverages allowed inside Bird Fair & Sale. No smoking is allowed within 20 ft of the Bird Fair & Sale entrance.
*Saturday and Sunday shall represent the dates of the Bird Fair & Sale mentioned at the top of this page.
